People you work with see what they need (name, rank, reviews, the job). We use service providers such as payment, text, email, mapping and imaging providers to run the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect people and the Service.
We may use public county appraisal records (such as Harris County Appraisal District) to find a property owner's name and mailing address so a territory owner can send a quote. We store satellite imagery of properties for at least 90 days and reuse it so providers are not called each time.
You can ask us to delete your resume, photos you uploaded and your profile. We keep the ledger, tax records and the fingerprints used to enforce removal for as long as the law and our fairness rules require. [For attorney: retention schedule.]
We protect data with access controls, hashed passwords, signed webhooks and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure.
The professional side is for adults. If a kids' side launches, it will follow COPPA: we will collect a child's personal information only after verifiable consent from a parent or guardian who signs in, parents can review and delete their child's information and withdraw consent, and a separate ledger will record consents. We do not knowingly collect children's information on the professional side.
Update your profile, turn texts off, unsubscribe from any email, switch your worker link off (owners), or contact support to ask about your data.
